Matt has specialized in sales, operations and business development over his 20-year career. Matt has broad international experience spanning the hospitality, real estate and healthcare industries on two continents. Matt has been the Managing Principal at Lakeside Suites since 2001, and has extensive experience in business management and development. Matt holds a BSc (Accounting) from the University of West Indies, and a professional certification in Network Engineering.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Natalie has a proven track-record in operations management, client retention and landlord/ tenant advisory services. Specializing in executive business centers, Natalie’s 8+ years of service in both commercial and residential management has allowed her to deliver customized solutions to both landlords and tenants. Natalie currently manages more than 70,000 square feet of office, retail, and conference space. Natalie enhances the Lakeside expereince by utilizing effective communication skills with associates, clients and vendors to result in high levels of client and owner satisfaction.
Mayely Willis brings over 9 years of Administrative experience in property management. She is responsible for meeting and greeting your customers and ensuring all your calls are answered efficiently and professionally. Throughout her work history, Mayely has assisted Property Managers with day-to-day responsibilities such as: tenant and vendor relations, answering multi-phones, and maintenance order processing. Mayely is a certified Public Notary and is conversationally fluent in Spanish.
CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR
Passionate about people, Isabella brings her Hotel customer service experience to Lakeside. She manages all mail and package services and maintains the facilities for the benefit of our clients. Her depth of experience provides her with the necessary skill set to anticipate, plan and perform the day-to-day operations effectively. Isabella’s primary focus is to ensure that the customer service experience is more than exceptional at all times.
